You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your haatch. account and all personal data associated with it. Once confirmed, this action is irreversible — all your goals, habits, progress history, and account information will be permanently erased from our servers and cannot be recovered.
We will not ask unnecessary questions, impose conditions, or add extra steps. Your request will be processed promptly.
You have two ways to submit a deletion request:
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)
Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the haatch. app. You will be asked to confirm the action as a safety measure. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Submit a request by email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion via email, send your request to:
hello@haatch.app
Please include the email address associated with your haatch. account so we can locate and delete your data. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.
Upon deletion, we will permanently remove:
Your account credentials (name, email address, password)
All goals, habits, and progress data
Any app settings and preferences linked to your account
Anonymised analytics data attributable to your account
Any other personal information stored on our servers
Note: If you used haatch. without creating an account, all data is stored locally on your device only. Simply uninstalling the app will remove it.
